The headline calls it a “service,” though it’s fine to call it a “program” for now. We’ll wait to see if the courts decide it’s a “service” or not.
This means the program already has more traffic than Froogle, Google Maps, and Google Earth.


I think it’s an excellent service and would be happy to have my upcoming book indexed and included in it. It’s just restrictive enough where it gives the kind of info a person might need and enough of a taste of the book to make someone want to then purchase it, without negating the need for a purchase. It’s a win-win for everyone.
