Just ask your local government official. As technology advances, there will be even more tools available that will alter reality to fit the author's needs. It's all about creating reality rather than living it. It won't stop at doctoring photos and video of past events, but who is to say that future reality can't be altered with advances in bio engineering tools. Altering reality will someday just be a part of everyday reality for us all. It’s only fraud if you’re caught. Just ask your local government official.
